Brothers and Sisters,

The collective actions of you, the Members, have been heard. The Company is officially on notice that unfair labor practices will not be tolerated.

Here is a quote from the last bargaining report.

"Although progress is dramatically slow and difficult to measure, we are pleased that it appears the company has started to, once again, focus on bargaining with the committee. We will continue to fight toward a fair agreement."

AT&T's attempts to divide us have failed. Their efforts to temp us have backfired. We are more unified now than ever before. The heart, character, and resolve of our Membership has never been more evident. I thank you for standing in unity and refusing to let these dirty corporate tactics go unchecked.

You have succeeded and now You will need to decide how to move forward. The board charges relating to the direct dealing emails are still pending. It could be months before there is any final legal resolution on the issue. The unfair labor practice action was a spontaneous response from the Membership. Therefore, the decision on how to progress is yours and yours alone. I can only tell you that what you have done has sent a message loud and clear, and there can be no doubt that the Company has received that message? We are CWA Strong and United and your attempts to bargain directly with the members have failed miserably.

In solidarity,
