Note: all links provided below will only work from a work computer that is connected to the company intranet. It may be helpful to print this page and then take it to work with you.
1. Print out a hard copy of the Tuition Aid Application form. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR CPDP APPLICATION ONLINE.
- Go to HROneStop on the company intranet (http://ebiz.sbc.com/hronestop/)
- At the top of the site, click on the tab titled Your Career
- Under the heading of Tuition Aid, click on the More link
- From the left hand column, Select the Non-Management Employees link
- Scroll down to the section titled For Courses Beginning on or After January 1, 2008
- Under the heading of Legacy SBC Non Management (pre-merger SBC/AT&T merger) Employees, click on the link for Application Form ATT-1027NM (http://forms.sbc.com/CO_FORMS/ATT1027NM.pdf)
- Print the form
2. Print out the required Fax Cover Sheet with barcode
- Go to http://hrweb02.sbc.com/tassl on the company intranet
- Select the Print Fax Cover link from the lefthand column
- Verify your correct SBC userid is displayed
- Select ATT Career and Personal Developmen Plan (CPDP)
- Click on the Create Cover Sheet button
- Click on the Print this Form button
3. Obtain a rate sheet and/or itemized invoice from the institution providing the course you are planning to take.
4. Fill out the Tuition Aid Application form
- Note: A manager's signature is not required for CPDP
5. Using the barcoded Fax Cover Sheet, fax your completed Tuition Aid Application, rate sheet, and documentation from the school showing the exact date(s) of the class to Tuition Aid Office 314-235-6638. All documentation should be sent together in one fax. If multiple faxes are sent, be sure to print a new barcoded Fax Cover Sheet for each fax.
