September 28, 2006: "Eligible employees will receive priority consideration before off-street hires for any bargaining unit job for which he/she qualifies and shall suffer no break in service for pension eligibility and will not have a waiting period before being eligible for benefits." AT&T has notified us that they have initiated the Inter-Subsidiary Movement Process to CWA Operations represented employees.
